The Furry Funhouse – Liability Waiver & Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking and attending The Furry Funhouse, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that dog play involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• 🐾Injury from interaction with other dogs
• 🐾Slips, trips, or falls within the play area
• 🐾Unpredictable behaviour from animals

I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation at The Furry Funhouse, and I have the appropriate insurance policy in place for my dog.

3. Responsibility for My Dog

I confirm that:

• 🐾I am the legal owner or authorised handler of the dog(s) attending
• 🐾My dog is in good health and fit to participate
• 🐾My dog is fully vaccinated and up to date with flea and worm treatments
• 🐾My dog is not aggressive and has no history of dangerous behaviour

I agree that I remain fully responsible for my dog at all times while on the premises.

4. Supervision

I understand that:

• 🐾Dogs must be supervised by their owner/handler at all times
• 🐾The Furry Funhouse staff may monitor play but are not responsible for individual dog supervision
• 🐾I must intervene if my dog displays inappropriate or unsafe behaviour

5. Behaviour Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Furry Funhouse shall not be held liable for:

• 🐾Injury, loss, or damage to dogs, owners, or personal property
• 🐾Illness or injury arising from participation in activities

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Damage & Injury

I accept full responsibility for:

• 🐾Any injury or damage caused by my dog to other dogs, people, or property
• 🐾Any veterinary or medical costs resulting from my dog's actions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Furry Funhouse shall not be held liable for:

• 🐾Injury, loss, or damage to dogs, owners, or personal property
• 🐾Illness or injury arising from participation in activities

Please be aware that while care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot accept liability for adverse reactions to the presence of allergens in the premises.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Health & Safety Rules

I agree to follow all on-site rules, including:

• 🐾Cleaning up after my dog
• 🐾Keeping dogs under control at all times
• 🐾Not bringing dogs that are unwell or injured

I have the appropriate insurance policy in place for my dog.

9. Photography & Media

• 🐾I consent to photos/videos of my dog being used for marketing purposes

10. Cancellation Policy

• 🐾Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice
• 🐾Missed sessions will not be refunded
